Run your league the way
players want to play.
A public page, online sign-ups, results from players, ELO — and a TV at the club. You set the rules, Tenisime does the rest.
You submit the club request in the Tenisime app (iOS and Android). Once your club is running, you can also manage leagues and tournaments in the web panel.

- For clubs and organizers
Club and organizer
Freeup to 50 active players
With all features
- Help moving your league over — at no charge
- Public page, TV board, online sign-ups
- Club managers pay nothing
-
Organizer plan
$25/month
Above 50 active players
- Everything from the “Club and organizer” card
- No limit on active players
We haven't launched payments yet — we charge nothing and block nothing; we'll give at least 30 days' notice before that changes.
Player Free
The player app is free: matches, ELO rating and stats, challenges and chat, leagues and tournaments. Premium with an AI coach is optional.
Prices are gross. Once payments go live, a club above 50 without a plan won't be able to create new competitions or cycles — whatever is already running keeps going, and we never block players. Rules: Terms of Service, section 15.
Four steps to your first round
Create a league in the app
Name, format, rules and sign-up deadline. Or quickly, from a ready-made template.
Send the sign-up link
Players sign up in the app. Anyone can see the standings and schedule at the link, no account needed.
Players enter results
From their phones, after the match. The opponent confirms with one tap (you turn this on in the league rules).
Standings update themselves
The schedule, standings and ELO recalculate after every confirmed result.
You'll create your first league in the Tenisime app.
Everything you did in a spreadsheet. And what a spreadsheet can't do.
Six things you can't cobble together from a spreadsheet, a group chat and a piece of paper in your bag.
-
Public league and tournament page
Standings, schedule, bracket and results at their own address. Visible on Google, shareable with one link.
-
TV board for the club
Turn it on at the club: no navigation, refreshes by itself. A4 tournament printout (bracket, order of play).
-
Online sign-ups and a spot limit
Players sign themselves up. Waitlist, sign-up deadline, spot limit. In a private league you approve requests, and you record entry fees in the app.
-
League formats
Round-robin, home and away, groups with promotion, ladder challenges. Scoring formats from a short set to a super tiebreak, and your own rules when needed.
-
Tournament brackets
Knockout, double elimination, groups + playoff, americano, mexicano. The app seeds the bracket: by ELO rating or at random.
-
ELO and stats for players
Matches played by players with accounts count toward the ELO rating (except rotation formats: americano, mexicano and full rotation), and every player gets their own stats.
This is what a league run on Tenisime looks like
Anyone can view it without an account: standings and schedule straight from the app, at one link.
27 matches played in this league so far.
Your club on Tenisime. Free up to 50 active players.
Register your club in the app, add your courts and run leagues and tournaments under the club's name — together with your team.
-
Register your club in the app
Name, city, contact and at least one club court. You submit the request from the Tenisime app — that's the only place a club request is created.
-
We approve the club
We review the request. An approved club appears on the pages of its courts in the app and uses Tenisime for free up to 50 active players, with all features.
-
You run leagues together
You run the club's leagues and tournaments with your team (managers). Managers pay nothing.
Above 50 active players: the Organizer plan, $25/month. Once payments go live, a club above the limit without a plan won't be able to create new competitions or cycles; whatever is already running keeps going.
We never block players, and competitions already under way can always be finished.
Partner club — 12 months with no player limit
- What you get: 12 months with no limit on active players, counted from the club's first approval.
- What we ask: monthly feedback and permission to show the club as a partner.
How we choose partner clubs
- There are at most 10 places.
- A Tenisime administrator decides after reviewing the club's request in the app.
- We'll remind you in the app before the partner period ends: 30, 7 and 1 day ahead.

Organizer questions
How much does it cost?
Players: the core of the app (matches, rating, challenges, chat, leagues) is free, and Premium with an AI coach is optional. Club and organizer: free up to 50 active players, with all features. Above 50, the Organizer plan is set to cost $25/month.
Can I move a league that's already running?
Yes, at no charge. We help move the standings and schedule from a spreadsheet or another service. Write to us and tell us where you are moving from and how many players you have.
Do players need the app?
To view standings, the schedule and the bracket — no, a link is enough. To enter results and sign up — yes; the app is free for players at the basic level (iOS and Android).
Who is an “active player”?
An active player is an account in a club's ongoing competitions or a club member active in the app in the last 30 days; players added without an account don't count. Example: 30 active players is free, 60 needs the Organizer plan.
What happens when the limit is exceeded, and are payments live yet?
We haven't launched payments yet — we charge nothing and block nothing; we'll give at least 30 days' notice before that changes. Once we launch them, a club above 50 active players without a plan won't be able to create new competitions or a new cycle. Competitions already under way and current cycles can be finished, everything else keeps working, and we never block players.
Do I need to enter a card?
No. We don't ask for a card and we charge nothing. Registering a club and the contact form carry no fee.
What is a partner club?
A program for the first clubs that will run their competitions with us: up to 10 clubs, 12 months with no player limit. Terms and how we choose: the “Partner program” section.
Do club managers pay too?
No. The club plan — when it's needed — is paid by the club owner, and the whole club team runs the club's competitions at no charge.
How many players can a league have?
Tenisime doesn't cap the number of league participants, and you set the spot limit yourself. What counts is the free threshold of 50 active players (see “Who is an active player?”).
Can a league be private?
Yes — you decide whether a league is public (visible in the directory and on Google) or invite-only.
